Q: Can I adjust my order after it has been placed?

A: We take pride in our quick shipping times and cannot guarantee that your order can be adjusted after it is placed. Please contact us at with your name, order number and revised order. If we can revise your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us! If you have provided an incorrect address and would like to change, please contact us as soon as possible.


Q: What if something in my order is damaged?

A: If anything in your order arrives damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged objects to within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll be in touch on how to get you a replacement as soon as possible.


Q: Is your porcelain resistant?

A: Never place china in contact with a direct flame or subject it to extreme temperature

A: After registering your email address, you will receive a promotion code via email to receive 10% off your first item.


Q: Can I use more than one promotion code on my order?

A: Unfortunately you can only use one promotion per order.

A: Orders are expected to ship out of our warehouse within 24-48 hours.

Q: How can I add something to an already placed order?

A: Unfortunately, you cannot add an item to an already placed order. Please place a new order.
